Blush Pink Heavenly Bamboo is a compact non-flowering evergreen shrub grown for its interesting foliage. a The bamboo like foliage emerges blush pink and hold that color for a full year before maturing to deep green and darkens to red in winter.  The leaves and berries are highly toxic to animals.   Best planted in part sun  with rich, moist well-drained soils. 

MAINTENANCE NEEDS:  Low Maintenance.  Yellowing leaves may occur in alkaline soils.

LANDSCAPE USES:  Accents or Group Plantings, Borders, Woodland Gardens, Naturalized Areas, Rock Gardens, Hedges, Foundation Plantings, and Containers.
