Refund policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items only.
Customers must contact info@gobuyplants.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo documentation of the box and plant(s) to request return approval. This includes at least 2 photos of the outer box and 2 photos of the plant(s).
All returns must be approved in advance. If a return is approved, items must be shipped back according to the instructions provided and must match the original shipment. Returns that are unauthorized or do not match the original order will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Plants may appear slightly stressed or wilted after shipping due to time in transit and environmental conditions. This is normal and typically resolves with proper care. Minor cosmetic damage, such as small broken branches, is not eligible for return.
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns or offer refunds or replacements after planting.
