Buddleia Black Knight
Buddleia Black Knight (Butterfly Bush) is a well-branching shrub with a spreading, arching habit that can reach 6–8 feet tall if not pruned in late winter. Buddleia Black Knight features willowy grey-green leaves and large fragrant spike-like clusters of deep, nearly black purple flowers that bloom in summer, attracting butterflies and pollinators. Buddleia Black Knight responds well to deadheading—removing spent flowers can encourage continued blooms until frost. This butterfly bush performs best in sunny, well-drained areas and is a standout choice for pollinator gardens, borders, and mixed shrub beds.
