Chamaecyparis Verdoni
Chamaecyparis Verdoni (obtusa ‘Verdonii’) is a dwarf non-flowering evergreen conifer shrub with a loose, naturally irregular pyramidal habit. Chamaecyparis Verdoni features bright chartreuse new growth that droops slightly at the tips, turning yellow or orange-bronze in winter. The small cones on Chamaecyparis Verdoni are green-brown on female plants or orange-brown on male plants. This adaptable shrub prefers full sun and moist, well-drained soil and has burn-resistant foliage, making it a great choice for sunny gardens and landscape beds.
