The rich, glossy dark green foliage of Leucothoe Burning Love™ emerges bright red and deepens to burgundy in fall, providing striking seasonal color. From mid-spring into early summer, axillary clusters of fragrant, urn-shaped white flowers bloom, adding charm to gardens and borders. Thriving in partial sun with rich, moist, acidic, well-drained soils, Leucothoe Burning Love™ is a low-maintenance shrub—but its leaves are highly toxic if ingested.
