Gold Thread™ Spirea, Mellow Yellow Spiraea
Spiraea thunbergii 'Ogon'
Gold Thread Spirea is a twiggy upright arching deciduous shrub with willow-like leaves that emerge yellow-green and matures to bright green before turning coral orange in fall. Flat-topped clusters of pure white flowers cover the plant in spring. Grows best in full sun and well-drained soils. Removed spent flowers to encourage additional bloom.

I already sent an email with my input about how one of the shrubs was shipped, so will repeat my email content here: "Overall I’m very pleased with the 3 Gold Thread Spirea I ordered….nice size, very good price, and really quick shipping. I did want to let you know that the box for one of the shrubs was upside down when the shrub was packaged, and at some point in the shipping it was turned right side up according to the arrow on the box. But, this meant the shrub was then upside down. It was a bit squished, but doesn’t appear to have caused any real damage. Thought you’d want to know since this was an error on the packaging end"....or at least seemed to be.
Again, I appreciate that you had the shrub I've been looking for, that you ship, the shipping was very quick, and the price was very reasonable.
