Barberry Orange Rocket
Barberry Orange Rocket is a narrow, upright branching deciduous shrub prized for its vibrant foliage and dense, full-to-the-ground habit. The small leaves of Barberry Orange Rocket emerge in spring with a coral-orange hue, then mature to medium green before turning shades of purple in fall.
In spring, Barberry Orange Rocket produces tiny, unnoticeable yellow flowers that are followed by small amounts of fruit. For best color, plant Barberry Orange Rocket in full sun with well-drained soil.
This hardy shrub is drought tolerant, deer resistant, and rust resistant, making Barberry Orange Rocket a durable, low-maintenance choice for narrow hedges, borders, and landscape accents. Asexual propagation is prohibited.
