Chamaecyparis King’s Gold is a ground-hugging dwarf evergreen conifer shrub with a mounding habit. Chamaecyparis King’s Gold features thread-like golden foliage that droops loosely to create a mop-like appearance, and it retains its vibrant color through winter. This low-maintenance shrub prefers full sun and moist, well-drained soil. Chamaecyparis King’s Gold is an excellent choice for rock gardens, borders, or as a bright groundcover in mixed landscape beds.
