Hibiscus Luna™ Rose
Hibiscus Luna™ Rose (Hibiscus moscheutos) is a compact woody perennial prized for its sturdy stems and large, lance-shaped foliage with soft, hairy undersides. This striking hardy hibiscus produces huge deep rose pink blooms with a rich ruby center, flowering from mid-summer until the first frost. The dramatic flowers of Hibiscus Luna™ Rose attract butterflies and add bold color to garden beds, borders, and cottage landscapes. For best performance, plant Hibiscus Luna™ Rose in full sun and moist, well-drained soil.
Hibiscus moscheutos also supports pollinators, acting as a host plant for 28 species of butterflies and moths, and providing important habitat for the specialized bee Ptilothrix bombiformis. Hibiscus Luna™ Rose is a beautiful and beneficial addition to any pollinator-friendly garden.
