Rosa x 'Meitraligh'

Brick House Shrub Rose is a reblooming deciduous shrub with a mounding habit and dark matte green foliage.  Abundant clusters of small, lightly fragrant dark red flowers have flushes in spring and summer.  Best grown in full sun and rich, moist, slightly acidic well-drained soils.  Brick House has excellent disease resistance and drought tolerant after its established. 

MAINTENANCE NEEDS:  Medium Maintenance. Roses are susceptible to powdery mildew, black spot, rust, and rose rosette and require regular fungicide in humid areas that experience a lot of rainfall.  Pest issues include aphids, borers, scale, mites thrips, midges, and leafhoppers.
LANDSCAPE USES:  Accents or Group Plantings, Borders, Naturalized Areas, Wildlife Garden, Rock Garden, Foundation Plantings, and Containers.
