Helleborus Orientalis
Helleborus orientalis, commonly known as the Lenten Rose, is a clumping evergreen perennial prized for its leathery, deep green foliage and long, late-winter bloom season. This hardy Lenten Rose produces large, cup-shaped flowers in clusters for 8–10 weeks from winter into spring, attracting butterflies and pollinators to your garden. Flower colors range from white to pink and purple, often with subtle internal spotting for added visual interest. Helleborus orientalis performs best in dappled sun with moist, well-drained soil. Please note: all parts of the plant are toxic if ingested, so plant with care around pets and children.
