Barberry Admiration is a dwarf, compact deciduous shrub prized for its vibrant red foliage with gold-yellow margins. This non-flowering Barberry Admiration variety forms a dense, full-to-the-ground habit, making it an excellent choice for foundation plantings, borders, and low hedges. The bright red leaves of Barberry Admiration hold their color well into summer and deepen to rich fall tones.
For best color and growth, plant Barberry Admiration in full sun and well-drained soil. This hardy shrub is drought tolerant and deer resistant, providing low-maintenance beauty all season long.
