Camellia October Magic® Orchid™ is a compact, upright evergreen shrub with glossy deep green foliage that provides year-round interest. In fall, it produces an abundance of striking rose-pink, semi-double blooms with ruffled edges that resemble orchids—adding a touch of elegance and color to shaded garden areas. Blooms attract pollinators such as butterflies and provide brilliant late-season beauty when many other plants are fading. Best flower performance occurs in partial sun and acidic, well-drained soils.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low-maintenance. Keep soil evenly moist but well-drained; prefers slightly acidic conditions. Avoid heavy or waterlogged soils to prevent root rot and fungal issues. Mulch around base to conserve moisture and protect roots. Prune lightly after flowering to maintain desired shape and remove any weak or damaged wood.
